Check-in & Check-out
What time are check-in and check-out?
Hotel day lasts from 3:00 PM to 11:00 AM.
Can I check in earlier?
If you'd like to arrive earlier — let us know. In most cases, we can prepare the apartment from 1:00 PM (without additional formalities). Earlier than 1:00 PM can only be confirmed on the day of arrival (subject to availability).
Can I check out later?
Depending on occupancy, we can usually extend check-out until 1:00 PM — just message us.
How does check-in work?
Check-in at Boutique Residence Gdańsk is quick and reception-free — you go directly to your apartment whenever it’s convenient:

Can I check in at night?
Yes. The access codes work 24/7 — even if you arrive late at night, you can go straight to your apartment.
Will the check-in link be sent via SMS or email?
It may arrive via email, SMS, or WhatsApp — depending on the contact details you provide.
When will I receive the registration card link?
If you book for today — usually shortly after payment.
If you book for a later date — we’ll send it the day before arrival (provided payment has been made).
Do I need to fill in the registration card if I booked through Booking?
Yes — please complete the registration card even if you booked through Booking. By filling it in, you accept the regulations and we unlock your entry instructions with door codes.
I don’t know how to fill in the registration card — what then?
We’ll guide you step by step over the phone. It’s quick — and we’re here to make it simple.
Do I need to show an ID at check-in?
No — you provide your details online in the registration card.
Where can I see the apartment number and floor?
In the entry instructions after completing the registration card.
What if the door code doesn’t work?
Usually it’s a small typo or arrival time issue (codes activate from 3:00 PM). Let us know — we’ll verify and help immediately.
Can I leave luggage before check-in / after check-out?
Yes — this can be arranged. Message us with your arrival/departure time and we’ll adjust the best solution so you can explore Gdańsk without carrying luggage.
How does check-out work?
Check-out is automatic — simply leave and close the door. For organization purposes, please send a short message (SMS/messenger) with your apartment number and confirmation that you’ve left.
Parking & Transport
Does Boutique Residence Gdańsk offer parking?
Yes. Parking is available on-site and costs 40 PLN per day.
Is the parking guarded?
It is not guarded, but the area is monitored.
Are parking spaces assigned?
Spaces are numbered, but you may park in any available spot — just provide us with your license plate number.
Can I park a larger vehicle (van)?
Yes — the parking area is usually spacious enough for larger vehicles.
Can I stay in the parking lot a few hours after check-out?
Yes — this can usually be arranged. Just let us know.
How do I get from the airport?
We can order a taxi for you. Approximate cost: 80 PLN during the day / 90 PLN at night (depending on conditions).
Breakfast & Food
Do you offer breakfast?
Yes — breakfasts are served as set menus delivered directly to your room.

How much is breakfast?
45 PLN per set.
What are the breakfast delivery hours?
Choose delivery time: 6:45 / 8:00 / 9:30 AM — breakfast is delivered straight to your door.
How many sets are available?
We offer 6 sets — savory and sweet options.
Can I prepare breakfast myself?
Yes — apartments with a kitchenette include basic cooking equipment.
Can you recommend breakfast spots nearby?
Yes — if you prefer eating out, we’ll send you trusted recommendations nearby.
Pets
Does Boutique Residence Gdańsk accept pets?
Yes 🙂 Pets are welcome.
What is the cost for a pet?
100 PLN per pet per stay.
Can you prepare a bowl for my dog/cat?
Yes — let us know before arrival and we’ll prepare one in the apartment.
Amenities and services
Is there a laundry room?
Yes – we have washer-dryers available for Guests free of charge (including laundry capsules). Access details will be provided in the stay instructions.
Can I get extra towels / paper?
Yes – if needed, let us know and we will suggest the fastest pickup or delivery option.
Is there Netflix?
Yes – we offer a device with access to the platform that you can borrow and log into your own account.
Can I borrow a phone charger?
Yes – we have chargers available to borrow (various types).
Can I request cleaning during my stay?
Yes. Apartment refresh cleaning (towels, trash, floor) is free during designated hours. Full cleaning with bed linen change costs 100 PLN. For stays of at least 5 nights, one full cleaning is free (upon prior arrangement).
Can I increase the heating?
Of course — you can adjust the temperature using the panel in the apartment. If you like, we can help you set it perfectly comfortably in just a minute.
Can I use everything in the apartment?
Yes – the equipment and welcome package are included in the price. We do not charge hidden fees for standard items.
I left something in the room – will you send it?
Yes. If the item is found, we will send it via parcel locker after receiving the shipping label/code from you.
Do you have a gym?
We do not have one on-site, but there is a shopping mall with a gym very nearby – we will tell you exactly where.
Payments and invoices
Can I pay on site?
As standard, we ask for payment before arrival via link (this is a self-service model). If you exceptionally need another solution – contact us, but the stay must be paid before check-in.
How can I pay?
We will send you a secure online payment link.
Can I pay with BLIK?
Yes – BLIK is available in online payments.
Do you require a deposit?
No – we do not require a deposit.
Do you issue invoices? How can I get one?
Yes. You enter the invoice details in the registration card, and we send the invoice by email.
Can I receive two separate invoices for one stay?
Yes – it is possible. Provide us with the details and division, and we will prepare the documents.
Can the payment for the stay be split (e.g. between two people / business + private)?
Yes — we can send two separate payment links (e.g. 50/50 or business + private). Let us know how you would like to divide the amount, and we will arrange it without unnecessary formalities.
Location and surroundings
Where exactly are you located?
Boutique Residence Gdańsk is located in Wrzeszcz at 8A Tadeusza Kościuszki Street — it is a great base for exploring the entire Tri-City (you can quickly reach both the Old Town and the seaside).
How far is it to the airport?
About 15–20 minutes by car (depending on traffic).
How far is it to the station?
Approx. 5 minutes on foot to Gdańsk Wrzeszcz station — a great base for exploring the entire Tri-City. The Main Railway Station is about 5 km away.
How far is it to Gdańsk Główny?
About 6 km. Travel by SKM/train, tram or Uber often takes around 10 minutes (depending on traffic).
Where is the nearest shop?
There are Żabka-type stores and larger supermarkets nearby – we can send you the closest addresses.
Reservations and prices
Can I book directly, or only through Booking?
Of course, and it is always the best option. You can book directly on our website or by phone. With direct bookings, you gain additional benefits: direct contact without intermediaries, clear conditions, and greater flexibility on our side. The best price offers can be found at www.brgdansk.pl and by calling reception directly.
Do you offer monthly apartment rentals in Gdańsk?
Yes – we offer long-term stays. Write to us with your dates and number of guests, and we will prepare an offer.
Can I make a reservation with a possible extension in mind?
Yes – if the apartment is available, we will extend your stay. It is best to let us know in advance.
Will the price change if an additional person joins?
Yes – the surcharge for an additional person is 15 PLN per night (depending on the apartment type and occupancy limit).
If I extend my stay, will I remain in the same room?
We will do everything to ensure you do not have to change apartments, but it depends on availability.
Do prices change daily?
Yes – prices are dynamic and depend on the day and occupancy. The most accurate price will be shown after entering specific dates.
I see a different price on Google than in the offer – why?
Google sometimes shows historical or indicative prices. The final price depends on specific dates and availability.
Can I move my reservation to another date?
Yes – subject to availability. Let us know which date you are considering.
The price on the website dropped – can you match it?
If the reservation has not yet been paid, we can usually match the price or offer a better option. If it has been paid – we most often offer an upgrade (subject to availability).
Do you offer discounts for returning Guests?
Yes — returning Guests receive a 10% discount off the daily rate. Just let us know when booking (preferably direct), and we will apply the discount.
Apartments and equipment
Do you have different apartment standards?
Yes – we have 4 standards. They differ, among others, in and equipment.
Can I see photos of the apartments?
Yes – photos are available on the website next to the apartment descriptions.
Do the doors lock automatically after leaving?
Yes – the doors lock automatically when closed.
Do you have rooms with a balcony?
No – we do not have apartments with balconies.
Are there English/German TV channels?
We mainly have Polish channels, but you can also use the Netflix device.
Can I make calls from the phone in the room?
The phone in the room is for contacting reception (not for external calls).
Can an extra bed be added?
We do not have extra beds. In selected cases, we can prepare a baby cot.
What are the bed dimensions?
Single: 90×200 cm. Double (Queen): 160×200 cm. Sofa bed: 120×200 cm.
Do you have connecting rooms?
We do not have connecting rooms, but we can offer apartments on the same floor (subject to availability).
Can a minor check in?
Yes, but we need consent from a parent/guardian. After booking, we will send a short form to sign.
Is there somewhere to store bicycles?
We do not have a bicycle storage room. There is a rack in front of the building, and bicycles can also be kept in the apartment (depending on space).
Contact and support
Is there a reception on site? Is it available 24/7?
We are a self-service aparthotel, but support is available by phone 24/7.
Can I write via WhatsApp?
Yes – we can also communicate via WhatsApp (and other messaging apps).
