The controller of personal data is Boutique Residence Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, with its registered office in Gdańsk (80-252), ul. Jaśkowa Dolina 4/3, NIP 9571107397.

Personal data indicated in this form will be processed in connection with services provided at Boutique Residence Gdańsk on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR), i.e. on the basis of the consent of the data subject.

Personal data will be processed until the consent to their further processing is withdrawn.

Personal data may be disclosed to employees or associates of the Company, as well as to entities providing support to the Company based on commissioned services and in accordance with concluded data processing agreements. Personal data will not be transferred to entities located outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) if they believe that the processing of their personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.

Providing personal data is voluntary. Personal data will not be processed in an automated manner, including profiling.

Purpose of Personal Data Processing

Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of:

• taking actions prior to entering into a contract at the request of the data subject or for the performance of a contract for hotel services to which the data subject is a party (data necessary for concluding the contract are indicated in the hotel reservation and sales form), in accordance with the GDPR,

• fulfilling a legal obligation incumbent on the Controller (including tax obligations or obligations related to epidemic situations caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus),

• pursuing the legitimate interests of the Controller (including pursuing or securing claims and ensuring the safety of persons and property),

• marketing the Controller’s own services, presenting offers and promotions, and sending information to customers electronically.
  

Providing personal data is voluntary; however, in the case of data necessary for the provision of hotel services, it is required for the conclusion and performance of the contract.

CCTV Monitoring

Video monitoring is installed in publicly accessible areas of Boutique Residence Gdańsk for the purpose of ensuring the safety of customers and protecting property.

• Image (CCTV recordings)

• Profitroom Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Poznań (60-829), ul. Roosevelta 9/3, which operates the reservation module available on our website,

• other IT companies cooperating with us in the management of our customer database.
  

We inform you that we do not transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

Data Retention Period

Personal data processed for the purpose of concluding and performing a contract, fulfilling legal obligations, and pursuing the legitimate interests of the Controller will be stored for the duration of the contract and, after its termination, for the period necessary to:

a) secure or pursue possible claims,
b) fulfil legal obligations of the Controller (e.g., those resulting from tax regulations).

a) access your personal data and obtain a copy of it;
b) rectify (correct) your data;
c) request the deletion of your data;
