Personal data indicated in this form will be processed in connection with services provided at Boutique Residence Gdańsk on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR), i.e. on the basis of the consent of the data subject.

Providing personal data is voluntary; however, in the case of data necessary for the provision of hotel services, it is required for the conclusion and performance of the contract.

Video monitoring is installed in publicly accessible areas of Boutique Residence Gdańsk for the purpose of ensuring the safety of customers and protecting property.
